Refund & Delivery Policy

At Henrich Computers, we are committed to ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Please read our guidelines for order delivery and product returns.

Delivery Policy

Confirmation & Dispatch

Once your order reflects on our website, we will confirm, process, and dispatch your item(s) within 24 hours.

Local Delivery (Nigeria)

Expect your item(s) to arrive at the provided address within 2 to 7 working days from the date you made your payment.

International Shipping

Expect your items(s) to arrive within 2-3 weeks from the date you made your payment if item is being shipped from abroad.

Refund Policy

Returns & Inspections

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

7 Days Return Window

If a wrong order was delivered to you, you have 7 days after receiving the item to request a return. If 7 days have gone by, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Refunds Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take some time to post).
  3. Contact your bank for processing time information.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and reported at the point of delivery. If you need an exchange for the same item, email support@henrichcomputers.com or visit our store.

Shipping Returns

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Recommendation: If shipping an item over ₦50,000, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
